Job Summary

We seek a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our expanding security operations. 
The role involves handling correspondence, client invoicing, documentation, and general administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain records of transactions and workforce data.
Handling client correspondence and document management.
Perform general administrative duties.
Assist in preparation of payroll
Assist with office supplies

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in security or service-based firms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
