Administrative and Human Resources Manager Accountant

As an Administrative and Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company by overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations and managing human resources. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Our ideal candidate will have experience in human resource management, office administration, and a passion for the entertainment industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your key responsibilities will be to:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain and update company records, policies, and procedures.

QUALIFICATION:

Our ideal candidate is expected to possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in a related field;
3-year proven experience in experience in Human Resources and Administrative roles;
Professional qualifications, certifications, and memberships (such as CIPM, CPRM, SHRM-CP)
Must reside in Lagos;
Must have completed NYSC.

SKILLS:

Proficient in the use of Google Workspace;
Experience with payroll systems and benefits administration;
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
Strong knowledge of human resource practices, labor laws, and regulations;
A genuine passion for people and maintaining a conducive work environment for all;
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
Excellent time management and organization skills;
Ability to work with minimal or zero supervision.
