Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Admissions Lead to drive student enrollment, manage the admissions process, and oversee administrative operations across our campuses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, student recruitment, and school administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Student Recruitment:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase enrollment.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and promotional materials.
Build relationships with schools, educational consultants, and community organizations.
Organize and participate in education fairs, school visits, and events.
Admissions Management:
Handle inquiries and guide prospective students through the admissions process.
Review applications, coordinate entrance exams, interviews, and campus visits.
Track and analyze admissions data to improve strategies and ensure compliance.
Administrative & Operational Support:
Ensure smooth day-to-day school operations, including facility upkeep and staff coordination.
Maintain accurate student records and admissions documentation.
Oversee cleanliness and organization of school facilities.
Coordinate transport systems and support internal communications.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in admissions, marketing, or school administration.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
