Job Description

organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
create and maintain filing and other office systems
keep diaries and arrange appointments
schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes – shorthand may be required
book meeting room and conference facilities
liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
order and maintain stationery and equipment
organise travel and accommodation for staff and other external contacts.
 Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
 Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
 Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings

Requirement

A minimum of 4 years working experience on the role
A minimum of a bachelors degree
Good organisation skills.
Good time management.
Good communications skills, written and verbal
