Renumeration: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000per month and other benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth daily operations in all offices.
Maintain and organize company records, equipment and documentation.
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and general administrative duties.
Support management and other departments with administrative tasks.
Assist in implementing new office processes and systems.
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and tracking progress on projects.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement.
Ensure office equipment is functional and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
Develop and implement filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
Ensure set up of new branches in other locations.
Vendor management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently
