Order and maintain stationery, toiletries and equipment supplies
Maintain the leave management system
Maintain filing systems in collaboration with other administrative staff
Determine necessary space, equipment, supplies and support systems to ensure effective functioning of unit/department.
Manage  premises, cleaning and  security

HR Management

Assist to conduct new employee induction program
Assist in Performance appraisal or evaluation of employee
Assist to oversee employees’ disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies
Assist in  preparing and maintaining  all HR records
