Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
Organize and manage filing systems for easy document retrieval.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of office expenses, invoices, and other administrative transactions.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
Policy Implementation:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support the enforcement of workplace rules and regulations.
Support Services:
Provide administrative assistance to department heads and teams.
Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
IT and Equipment Management:
Coordinate with IT support for system maintenance and troubleshooting.
Oversee the proper use and maintenance of office equipment (printers, computers, etc.).
Team Support and Collaboration:
Assist in onboarding new staff and maintaining personnel records.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Requirement
Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2 – 5 years work experience.
