Admin Officer

JOB DURATION: 3 MONTHS

Responsibilities

Manage Office: The person has the responsibility and authority to manage the front office, the office, and office admin activities generally. These will entail: Ensuring that the office is open and cleaned on time. Ensure availability of all staff (including knowledge of the location of staff – including lawyers).
Dispatch riders will report to you. 
Schedule and coordinate meetings •Zoom • Teams • Physical 
 Administrative Support
Manage internal and external communications 
Procure office supplies 
Provide logistics support, For Guests, For Office, For partners Attend to Administrative roles when required.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Mass communication, Human resources etc
Relevant admin experience.
