Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Administrative Assistant.
This position is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by providing top-tier administrative support and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and employees alike.

Responsibilities

Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies an general office procurement.
Maintain the organization of the office, prepare meeting rooms, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
Operate office equipment like phones, printers, and copiers
Support office manager or other staff with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
