Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

Report to the Admin Head or relevant supervisor.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
Coordinate office operations, including procurement and inventory management.
Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Support general office management and operational efficiency.
Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.
Handle office logistics, including travel arrangements and vendor management.

Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a BPO or corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
Integrity and professionalism in handling administrative tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
