QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
3 years ot work experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
Strong communication and interpersonal Skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficient in using office equipment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity With Office software.
Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work in shifts or extended hours it required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Manage the reception area. ensuring it is clean. organized. and presentable.
Provide information and assistance to visitors regarding company services and facilities.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages. and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments. meetings. and conference room bookings.
Assist With basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation.
Maintain a visitor log and ensure security protocols for access to the premises.
Handle inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Assist in maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling acces
