Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for meetings, document transfers, and other administrative tasks as required.
Maintain files in an orderly manner that expedites retrieval.
Typing of basic legal documents and answering of phone/intercom calls.
Provide general administrative support/Admin liaison.
Prepare and monitor accurate payment account records/preparing vouchers and CRFs.
Prepare and present reports related to payment accounts and administrative tasks as needed.
Conduct accurate legal research and gather relevant information to support legal proceedings
Required Skills / Experience:
OND/NCE Only
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently well
Excellent Communication
Good Interpersonal relationship Skill
Organizational skills
Strong command of English language
Candidate must live within close proximity to Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos.
