Responsibilities
Ensure smooth-running of the office
Oversee facility management of the office
Liaise with teams to ensure all administrative needs are taken care
Negotiate with artisans and service providers
Manage relationships with artisans and service providers
Pro-actively resolve administrative issues as they arise from
Support the company and individual teams as the need arises
Coordinate planning and organization of inhouse company events and meetings
Leverage cost effective recruitment methods to identify suitable candidates for interview
Manage the assessment and interview process
Assist with the screening of prospective candidates
Maintain, track and report all candidate feedback
Coordinate the induction of new employees
Support with other HR activities as the need arises
Qualifications and Requirements
A university degree in any discipline
2-5 years’ experience
Experience in HR, Admin and/or Facility Management is preferred but not required
Must be computer literate
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good written and spoken English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively plan and manage time and other resources
Ability to take initiative and work independently without supervision
Able to troubleshoot system and process issues, with recommendation of possible solutions and/or work-arounds
Must have high-energy, be enthusiastic and display professionalism at all times
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Must have integrity and high moral standards
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
