Acquisitions Manager Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management: Respond promptly to and/or conduct inbound calls, web form submissions, and AI-driven inquiries to engage potential sellers and gather relevant property details.
Offer Preparation: Analyze property data, run market comparisons, and use in-house calculators to prepare competitive purchase offers.
Negotiation & Closing: Conduct price anchoring, negotiate with sellers, and work collaboratively with underwriters to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Client Communication: Build rapport and maintain professional, clear, and grammatically correct communication via phone, email, and text.
Follow-Up & Nurturing: Maintain and organize lead records within the CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-ups to drive conversions.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as signed contracts, offers made, call volume, and talk time weekly.
Transaction Coordination: Set expectations with sellers regarding the next steps, collect property details and images, and prepare leads for walk-throughs.

Qualifications
Experience

2+ years of phone sales experience, preferably in real estate acquisitions or sales.
Proven success in closing deals and hitting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Previous real estate experience is highly advantageous.

Skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
Fluent in spoken and written English with clear, professional, and grammatically correct communication.
Proficiency in CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with using data analysis tools to evaluate property values and market trends.

Technical Requirements

Reliable PC/Laptop with a stable internet connection.
Noise-canceling headset for clear communication.
Backup power solution to prevent disruptions.

Consistent Offer Activity: Making 3-5 offers per day with high-quality negotiation skills.
Productive Engagement: Maintaining an average of 50-70 calls and achieving 3-4 hours of daily talk time.
Effective Lead Management: Maintaining accurate and well-organized lead tracking within the CRM to optimize conversion opportunities.
Positive Client Experience: Building trust and rapport with sellers, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
