Job ResponsibilitiesThe Accounts Officer will be responsible for
Assist in the accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements; maintain and update accounting records.
Manage and maintain the petty cash re-imbursement and disbursement; ensures reconciliation on a regular basis.
Post sales invoices, cash receipts, cash payment vouchers using accounting software package.
Update and maintain transactions and accounting and financial data such as sales records, accounts payables/receivables, purchases, etc.
Prepare and ensure all invoices are recorded.
Carry out all bank related activities including deposits, accounts reconciliation, etc. as required.
Requirements
OND in Accounting.
Minimum of 2 years accounting experience.
Excellent knowledge of Peachtree accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
Attention to details.
Good planning and proper time management.
