Responsibilities
Payroll Administration.
Handling all accounts payable and receivable.
Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
Recording transactions, payments, and expenses, and processing invoices.
Tracking the expenses of the company and finding ways to minimize costs.
Creating and monitoring internal auditing procedures.
Communicating effectively with cash and billing staff across branches to ensure timely remittance of cash.
Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Administering internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
Handling queries related to accounts and preparing error-free accounting reports.
Requirements
Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Solid proficiency in MS Suits.
Strong working knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
