Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and reconciliation.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely processing of expenses and reimbursements.
Help monitor budgets and financial forecasts for projects and operations.
Conduct basic financial analysis and provide insights to the finance manager.
Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring confidentiality and security.
Participate in monthly and annual financial audits by providing necessary documentation.
Learn and utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes.
Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements
Recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Fresh Graduates looking to enroll for NYSC in 2025
Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 or ability to reliably commute is mandatory
Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Salary
Pre-NYSC: N95,000 monthly
NYSC Corp Member: N110,000 monthly.
