Accounting Clerk

Job descriptionThe Accounting clerk shall provide general accounting support for the Accounts department in the following areas:

Filing of accounting documents
Bank deposit of cheques and cash
Updates and maintains accounting journals and ledgers
Imputes data
Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents for records
Other assigned task

Skill and Competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools- Excel, Word and Outlook
Good written and verbal communication skills
