Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions
Develop and maintain inventory control systems
Perform periodic physical inventories and cycle counts
Analyze inventory data and recommend solutions for inventory optimization
Create and maintain financial records and reports related to inventory
Audit and adjust inventory figures on a monthly basis
Manage daily bank reconciliations
Prepare budget forecasts
Process tax payments and returns
Manage all accounting transactions
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum – OND/HND/BSC
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Good people skills and friendly disposition
Work experience as an Accountant
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations
Experience in inventory management.
Strong understanding of inventory accounting principles and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
Must live within the Lekki-Ajah-Sangotedo axis of Lagos State
