Job Description:
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for handling the financial activities of Aishar Residence, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. You will play a key role in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
Monitor cash flow and oversee daily financial transactions
Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper financial documentation
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filing
Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making
Collaborate with management to improve financial processes and controls
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or real estate
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
