Job Summary
The Accountant is responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Accounting Operations: Perform daily accounting tasks, such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial data entry.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing and maintaining budgets and forecasts, including analyzing variances and providing recommendations for improvement.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Audits and Reviews: Assist with external audits and reviews, providing necessary documentation and information.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
Special Projects: Perform special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred.
Experience: 1-3years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Skills:
Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Others:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions:
Work Environment: Office environment, ONSITE.
Work Schedule: Standard business hours, with occasional overtime required during peak periods.
