Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for each school and the group as a whole.
Manage the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts for each school and the group, and report variances.
Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures for each school and the group.
Assist and supervise the bookkeepers in each campus in their day-to-day activities, including but not limited to, recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
Oversee the stock management on each campus, including ordering, receiving, and inventory of supplies and materials.
Consolidate with your senior colleagues on the development of policies and procedures to improve the department’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum of 4 years of proven work experience
Excellent interpersonal and people skills
Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
