Account Support Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities

Financial Record Maintenance
 Bookkeeping
Financial Reporting Assistance
Prepare, Manage and Track invoices
Administrative and Compliance Support.
Payroll Processing Support
Data Entry and Management.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
Experience: 2-5 years in finance or administrative roles, with hands-on bookkeeping experience

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong command of ERP software, such is an advantage
Age Range: 23-30 years

Competencies:

Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping standards
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
