Account Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

Manage Existing Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Identify New Sales Opportunities: Prospect for new business opportunities within existing accounts and identify potential new customers.
Sales Growth: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate value to customers.
Sales Calls and Presentations: Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase products and services.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales goals and expand customer relationships.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting sales performance, customer insights, and market trends.

Requirements

Education:

OND/ Bsc

Experience:

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance 

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Personal Qualities:

Results-driven and motivated to meet sales targets.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
