Account Officer (Relationship Manager)

Job Summary

As an Account Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, fostering long-term client relationships, and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities

You are required to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve financial targets.
Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services to drive revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to attract high-value customers.
Monitor account activities and take necessary actions to maintain account health.
Monitor and ensure repayment of loans and other credit facilities to minimize delinquency.

Job Requirements

B.ScĀ / HND in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial bank, preferably in a similar role.
Proven track record in relationship management and business development.

Salary
According to banking grade.
