Qualifications
University degree in Accounting, Banking and finance course or any other related field of study.
At least 2 years experience in similar role
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or any related field
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software
Experience with financial data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
Ability to prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience with handling invoices, tracking expenses, and processing payments is desirable.
Proactive Attitude/Smart: candidates should be able to anticipate needs and take initiative to support the site managers effectively.
Good Time management skill.
Job Description
Take financial records
Review and upload incoming and outgoing invoices
Cross checking and correcting inaccuracies in invoices
Manage petty cash on site
Contacting clients regarding transactions
Perform duties assigned by the finance manager
Track truck driver daily trip activity
Monthly payroll preparation
Prepares petty cash expense report weekly
Take daily attendance of staff
Carryout any other duty assigned
