Job Objective:
To ensure prompt and accurate accounting documentation, and report in a fast-paced environment, while delivering value to clientsand the organization.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manage business accounts and prepare financial statements.
Report on the status of accounts.
Analyze all financial activities and contribute to the organization’s financial efficiency.
Prepare incoming and outgoing invoices.
Monitor financial transactions.
Manage the account of the organization and clients.
Analyze financial statements and work with the strategy team on financial model development.
Work with the admin team and manage petty cash
Job Requirements
B.Sc. in Accounting or Economics (minimum of 2:2); professional qualifications are added advantage
2-4 years of work experience (proven work experience as an account officer). He/she must have a sound knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
He/she must be detailed and result oriented, with a demonstrable positive attitude with a high level of enthusiasm for the role and field. Good people management skills and ability to multitask.
Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and contemporary data management software.
