Your Key Responsibilities
Set up, coordinate, and execute specific account tactics and plans to achieve short- and long-term sales and customer relationship objectives.
Define and implement a strategic account plan, translating it into financial profitability and goals, and be accountable for top-line profit.
Contribute to the development of the sales plan, both strategically and tactically.
Monitor and coordinate the execution of the account plan, report on defined performance indicators, and take corrective actions to achieve results.
Build sustainable cross-layer networks within defined accounts through direct engagement and positioning key stakeholders appropriately.
Identify long-term business opportunities with accounts and incorporate them into the account strategy and plan.

You bring
A relevant university degree, or equivalent level based on work experience
Minimum 5 years work experience/network in Food Manufacturing industry, ideally in Food Ingredients as experience working across Africa.
Strong experience from a similar international, commercial position in a B2B environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate regional strategy to local market’ needs.
Strong customer orientation ideally with Account Management experience
Fluent in English, all written and spoken.
