Account Manager Back-End Developer (NODE, LARAVEL) Event and Marketing Manager (Regional Focus)

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

Collaborate with clients to develop marketing strategies tailored to their business objectives.
Work closely with creative, digital, and in-trade teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights to optimize results.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
Advocate for client needs while balancing the agency’s capabilities and resources.
Foster collaboration across departments to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Business Development:

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Participate in pitch meetings and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and competitive insights to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
Strong understanding of marketing platforms, including advertising and in-trade promotions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
