Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic planning & implementation of multiple marketing strategies to fit stakeholders’ requirements.
Project management and execution of activations, events and campaigns
Generates reports on events and activations and forwards same to internal and external management teams.
Data analysis as a means of forecasting consumer behavior
Tailoring campaigns and budget to fit results of data analysis and market trends
Recruitment and management of field personnel and supervisors for activations.
Quality control of marketing campaigns based on pre-agreed service level agreements and key performance indices.
Participate in strategic session as means of developing high quality presentation documents.
Budget generation and negotiations
Monitoring of projects to ensure adherence to the pre-agreed execution mechanics
Manage the unit in the absence of the team lead
Working knowledge, skills and competencies and attributes
IT savvy (Microsoft office tools)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong managerial and leadership skills and mentoring capabilities
Problem solving abilities
Very good in ATL and BTL strategy formulation and proposal development
Field work inclined
Financial and business acumen
Strong Project management skills
Foresight and the ability to think strategically
Qualification and Experience
First degree in any discipline
Professional member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN)
Post graduate qualification /PMP certification is a plus
7-8 years Experiential Marketing Agency experience
Has experience of managing big accounts.
Has experience of developing creative proposals.
Has experience in working on Above-the-line, Below-the-line or Through-the-line projects
