Job Scope:
Manage existing key accounts to achieve increase in portfolio billings.
To source for new clients rnRoles and Responsibilities
Manage clients proactively and professionally
Project management and execution of activations, events and campaigns
Monitor projects to ensure adherence to the pre-agreed execution mechanics and key performance indices
Prospect for new business
Manage the unit in the absence of the Team Lead
Budget generation and negotiations
Participate in strategic session as means of developing high quality presentation documents.
Strategic planning & implementation of multiple marketing strategies to fit stakeholders’ requirements.
Develop proposals and reports on events and activations
Recruitment and management of field personnel and supervisors for activations.

IT savvy (Microsoft office tools)
Excellent communication skills
Strong managerial and leadership skills

Very good in ATL and BTL strategy formulation and proposal development

Qualification and Experience
First degree in any discipline
Professional member of NIMN/APCON
Post graduate qualification is a plus
PMP certification is also a plus
7-8 years Experiential Marketing Agency experience
Has experience of managing big accounts.
Has experience in working on Above-the-line, Below-the-line or Through-the-line projects
