Inventory management
Prepare purchase orders: Find suppliers and get quotes for goods
Receive, store, and issue goods: Manage stock levels and distribute supplies
Maintain stock records: Keep track of inventory using manual or computerized systems
Conduct inventory reconciliations: Research and correct discrepancies in inventory
Ensure inventory quality: Make sure inventory meets quality standards
Report preparation
Prepare month-end reports: Reconcile transaction, budget, and expense reports
Prepare daily and monthly reports: Develop reports to monitor processes
Administrative tasks
Perform data entry: Enter data into systems
File documents: Maintain detailed records
Other duties
Coordinate purchasing, warehousing, and inventory functions
Price incoming goods
Estimate the cost of requisitions or value of stock
