Account/Finance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Financial Manager to handle our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled financial executive with a proven track record of driving financial growth, optimizing operations, and mitigating risk. As a key member of our team, the finance manager will play a crucial role in shaping our company’s long-term financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans and budgets.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial health and progress.

Financial Operations:

Oversee all aspects of accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Manage cash flow and treasury functions.
Implement robust internal controls and compliance procedures.
Ensure accurate and timely tax filings.

Risk Management:

Assess and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
Develop and implement risk management strategies.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage
CPA, CFA or ICAN certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5years of experience in a senior finance role.
Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic thinking.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft application and systems.
