SUMMARY:The overall responsibilities will be client relationship management and resolving issues for clients in a timely mannerRESPONSIBILITIES:
Client relationship management
Escalatiing client issues to appropriate department for resolving
Following up on clients and the technical department to ensure issues are resolved quickly
Visitation to clients offices to follow up on 1st level issues
Training of client’s staff on different sowftware product usage.

Education & Experience
A degree in computer science or engineering
Minimum of 2 years account/client management expereince in an IT company
Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft application
Must be a good team player
Must be analytical, methodical, thorough, and accurate.
