About the Role
We’re seeking a talented and passionate 3D and Motion Graphics Designer to join our team and craft visually captivating assets that resonate with our brand and marketing goals. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to bring stunning visuals to life across a diverse range of digital and print materials.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative design solutions for various marketing materials, including 3D animations, motion graphics, digital ads, social media graphics, web banners, and video editing.
Partner with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives, provide expert design guidance, and ensure consistent brand representation across all materials.
Own brand consistency by meticulously crafting designs that reflect the company’s unique voice, style, and values.
Proactively seek fresh design solutions to elevate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and materials.
Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) to create and edit design assets with proficiency.
Craft captivating storyboards and wireframes, and meticulously retouch graphics as needed, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency across all projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in design, animation, or a relevant field with demonstrated use of these skills in software.
Relevant certifications are desirable.
Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D and motion graphics design, preferably in the technology industry.
Proven track record as a 3D and motion graphics designer, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
Mastery of industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Cinema 4D, Blender, and additional relevant tools.

Ability to develop and recommend new and/or modified experiences that are easy to use.
Highly organized with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in MS Office software.
