Job Overview
The 2W Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of 2W products to prospective customers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a passion for motorbikes and a proven track record in sales.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our 2W Sales department while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for 2W products
Identify and prospect new customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our 2W models.
Assist customers in selecting the most suitable motorbike based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Coordinate with the sales manager and finance department to facilitate the completion of sales transactions.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and competitors to remain competitive in the market.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role, preferably in the automobile industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Passion for 2W and a good understanding of different 2W models, features, and specifications.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel package and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer expectations.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
Passion for promoting sustainable and eco-friendly transportation solutions.
