Alliance Française de Lagos is a distinguished French Language and Cultural Centre with a 65-year legacy, part of the world’s largest cultural network comprising over 840 centers globally. The Nigerian network includes ten branches spanning Enugu, Ibadan, Florin, Jos, Kano, Kaduna, Lagos, Maiduguri, Terri, and Port Harcourt. Each Alliance Française operates as an independent, not-for-profit Nigerian association governed by a local board. Recognized as a Nigerian institution with robust French government support, it holds the exclusive designation as the official center for French language certifications in Lagos. Situated in Kofi and IKEA, Alliance Française de Lagos delivers comprehensive French language instruction tailored to diverse audiences, alongside professional translation services for both private and corporate clients. In addition, it curates an engaging calendar of cultural events, featuring exhibitions, film screenings, and live performances throughout the year.
