Reports To: Head of Sales
Supervises: Sales Representative Role Objective
Ensure the commercial success of CYMNG Products.
Identify new markets and opportunities.
Play active part in the development of short-medium-long term business goals.
Duties
Lead the sales team in developing sales strategy and new markets for Motorcycle, Power Products, Out-Board Engine, Spare Parts and Yamalube in the region.
Establish good relationship and communicate daily with existing dealers in the region.
Monitor activities and performance of Motorcycle, Power Products, Out-Board Engine, Spare Parts and Yamalube in the market.
Gather market information and report the following activities in the region:
Competitors.
Dealers.
Promotional activities.
Contribute to After Sales activities aimed at maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales progress on retain and provide weekly reports.
Collaborate with Dealer Network Unit to scout for and recruit new dealers.
Actively support the marketing team in the execution of planned marketing activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Training & Experience
BSc/HND in relevant discipline.
Minimum three (3) Years post NYSC work experience.
Must be very familiar with the Western Region terrain.
Flexibility to travel within the region.
