Job Summary
We are looking for Talent Development Executives who will beresponsible for managing the talents, standardizing the daily video creations and video content , enhancing the activities and the quality of such videos for our Viskit online platform.
Job Description
Excavate and develop video creators through video products, social media platforms or other online and offline methods, and bring them to Vskit.
Customize video recording task scheduling and collecting according to operational needs, and monitor the outcome.
Submit monthly statistics and feedback on the amount and related data of the videos recorded by the connected talents.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree
Other Requirements :
Young and energetic, cheerful and lively, full of passion, excellent eloquence, strong sense of responsibility.
Social media depth user, have his/her own followed celebrities, favorite singers or actors.
Have a certain understanding on video/entertainment/movie and other related fields.
Abundent online and offline talent resources will be highly prefered.
Familiar with office software, sensitive to data and statistics.
Celebrities agent work experience or business development work experience is highly preferred.
