Our client, a top player in the Real Estate Industry is calling out for FACILITY MANAGER with special bias to Electrical and Electronic/Mechanical engineering skills.The incumbent will take on the following though not limited to:
Taking inventory of existing assets, identify occupants and current locations, verify, update and prepare a comprehensive asset register.
Conducting daily inspections to ensure physical and structural asset integrity and report findings for closeout.
Managing and monitor all preventative and predictive maintenance and repair works.
Business development
Monitoring job requests and close out on CAFM upon satisfactory completion.
Here is the typical candidate;
Proven record of accomplishment of a successful career in facility management over a minimum period of 5 (FIVE) years especially in a multi-tenanted facility.
Level 3 HSE training (Basic firefighting training and certified First Aid training for emergencies) B.Sc/B.Eng./HND in Electrical Electronics or Mechatronics.
