Job Responsibilities

Possess knowledge in Nigerian dishes
Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Stock and inventory management of administrative and food office supplies
Manage kitchen staff
Perform administrative duties
Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices

Qualification and Experience

4-5 years proven working experience in a food and hospitality sector
Excellent record of kitchen management
 Capable of delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Bsc/HND in Culinary science or related certificate
Reside within Lagos Island and it’s environs
