The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing contract-related activities, including but not limited to negotiation, execution, administration, and compliance with contractual obligations. This role will involve ensuring that all parties adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreements while mitigating risks and resolving any disputes that may arise. Additionally, the Contract Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, such as legal teams, procurement, and business units, to ensure seamless contract operations and alignment with organizational goals.

Oversee all vessel contracts from the commencement of the on-hire period until the conclusion of the off-hire period, ensuring full compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the applicable charter party.

Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the organization throughout the duration of each charter agreement.

Assess the Scope of Work for all inquiries and tenders to verify that the Company and the intended vessel(s) align with operational requirements, while ensuring the vessel’s capacity, capability, crew competency, and supporting organizational structure meet specified standards.

To keep Commercial fully informed, promptly notify them of any scheduled downtime or unexpected issues that could impact the charter party, billing processes, or our professional relationship with the client.

In close collaboration with the Offshore Director and the commercial team, ensure that all clients receive regular visits and that the company maintains a strong presence within the Energy and Marine Community.
