Ensuring the kitchen remains fully equipped with all necessary provisions is a key requirement of this role.

A fully equipped workstation with all necessary cooking tools must be prepared meticulously.
Responsible for overseeing the consistent flow of dish preparation and developing innovative menu additions to enhance culinary offerings.
A strong proficiency in preparing both international and regional cuisine is required, with a solid understanding of pastry techniques, barbecue preparations, and additional specialized dishes.
The successful candidate is required to reside in Lagos, with accommodation provided.
