Business Development Manager: Candidate will be responsible for promoting the corporate team events and engaging corporate clients. The requirement for the position includes:
Focusing on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems.
Understanding customer needs, their drivers and building long term partnerships
Preparing sales presentations, contracts, and proposals subject to review by supervisor
Participating in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
Excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
Does not only want to win; but hates to lose. Always seeking for opportunities to expand the business and create more savings, while over delivering targets.
Known for empathy. Can listen more and talk less, and therefore truly understands the customer and their needs. With that mindset can create commercial chances to optimize the customer experience.
Does not get easily stressed by pressure, but gets energized by a demanding and dynamic environment
This will be a short contract of 3 – 6 months with an option of transitioning into a full time position.
