Responsibilities
Schedule and invite client to come to the office via email, phone calls, and SMS.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Requirements
Must be MALE
Must work weekend and Night shift
Must be computer literate
Must reside around Lekki Axis
Must be fluent in English.
