Job Description
Our client is a leading IT company with various business focused on the Healthcare, logistics and transport sectors; they are currently In need of an HR/Admin Executive that would assist with office and personnel management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain staff records/Statistics
Assist with Performance Management Programs
Manage Company Pension Fund and dealing with Pension Fund Administrators
Ensure the implementation of the disciplinary procedure.
Vet payroll and addressing pay discrepancies
Analyzing Training needs, Preparing Training Plans/Calendars and dealing with Industrial Training Fund
Checking references and organizing background checks
Key Requirements
Must have a minimum of 1 year HR related experience in an IT related business.
Minimum of HND, LL.B/ B.Sc/ B.A in Social Sciences or related field, or a Professional certification in HR (such CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is an added advantage.
Demonstrates integrity, leadership skills.
Demonstrates organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to architect and drive change.
Ability to influence senior management.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
