Location (Lekki, Lagos)we are recruiting for the position of an Estate General Manager whose job objective will be to plan and execute the management of a company’s properties and facilities.Other responsibilities include:
Spearheading Business Development and contract negotiation activities
Supporting Management to acquire, develop and manage commercial real estate development opportunities and perform other tasks to support these endeavors
Managing negotiation meetings with contractors/consultants, vendors, tenants etc
Facilities managementTo drive the expectations of the position, the job holder will be expected to have the following skills:Solid Business Development and networkingNegotiation

Research and technical knowledge
Project Management – budgeting, cost control and reviews
Proven interest and experience in real estate

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while under pressure
Good people skills and ability to interact with colleagues, contractors, tenants, and/or vendors in an articulate, courteous, and businesslike manner at all times

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power PointThe ideal candidate will be required to have:
Minimum of B.Sc./HND in a related course of study
Minimum of 3 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity with verifiable achievements
Integrity and strong morals
