Role Purpose Statement
To deliver high standard of service.
Responsibilities
Clean the bar and all operating equipment’s
Welcome customers and take correct orders
Must always be around service areas for prompt attention
Provide excellent customer service
Clear tables after use
Arrange all equipment in their various stations before work begins
Carry out accurate billing and payment
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience
Bachelor’s degree, OND or any relevant qualification
Strong people and process management skills
Basic computer skills
Fluent English, written and spoken
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Proper documentation and timely reporting
Strict compliance with the internal guidelines, policies and strategies
Customer Satisfaction
