Proven working experience as Head Chef
Excellent record of kitchen management
HACCP Training
Passionate and Up to Date With Food Trends & Best Practices
Knowledge of HACCP
Information Technology Skills
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
5-star hotel experience
Excellent knowledge of Job skills and abilities
Organization skills & key eye for detail.
