This position encompasses planning and coordinating fellowship events, overseeing evangelism initiatives, and facilitating the day-to-day functions of church operations.
Oversee and execute a diverse range of duties critical to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, addressing challenges and optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and compliance efforts to uphold regulatory and quality benchmarks. Organize and lead community church services, small group meetings, and prayer gatherings to promote spiritual development and strengthen community bonds.

Recruit, train, and oversee a team of volunteers to support both church programs and community outreach efforts, guaranteeing seamless and impactful event execution.
Support the church leadership by handling essential administrative duties, such as organizing schedules, facilitating church programs, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Develop strong connections with local organizations, residents, and leaders to enhance collaboration and strengthen community outreach initiatives.

Requirements
